We have more than 25 years of experience helping register projects, brands, designs and patents, developing prototypes for products and manage all procedures during those process.

Our mission is to help entrepreneurs, small and medium size companies, develop and protect their projects. We bring integral solutions to shape their ideas.
We walk along with our clients from the technical development of the product, including the creation of the business plan, the corporate and industrial design, to the execution and registration of trademarks, designs and patents or transfer / acquisition of licenses and technology transfer.
After the project starts, we support our clients in the management and protection of their IP asset informing them about new applications that may affect their product as well as fighting against copies worldwide and plagiarism . At the same time we manage any kind of procedures for buying, selling or licensing IP assets.

Miguel develops strategies for the defense of our clients’ Industrial Property rights.
